Kuwait flight status today:The Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced today, Friday, that air traffic at Kuwait International Airport resumed at 7:45 AM after weather conditions improved and horizontal visibility increased. According to the official spokesperson, dense fog had affected the airport since 3:30 AM, reducing visibility to less than 100 meters and impacting the safety of takeoff and landing operations. As a precautionary measure, several incoming flights were diverted to airports in neighboring countries to ensure passenger safety.
He added that airport operations teams and air traffic control staff worked continuously throughout the night to monitor conditions, manage air traffic, and restore normal operations. He emphasized that ensuring the safety of passengers and aircrews remains the highest priority.
