Kuwait road development:The Ministry of Public Works is continuing its efforts to upgrade roads and infrastructure networks in the Yarmouk area. Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan confirmed that ministry teams remain actively engaged in fieldwork as part of an ongoing plan to enhance infrastructure in residential neighborhoods.
Engineer Mohammed Al-Enezi from the Sanitary Engineering Sector’s Implementation Department stated that teams are currently working in Block 3, where they are laying the Type 2 asphalt layer. He noted that the project contract covers the renewal of sewage and stormwater drainage networks, along with road-related civil works such as curbstones, paving stones, and all asphalt layers.
Al-Enezi added that the project also includes upgrading streetlights, telephone network works, and improvements to the irrigation system.
