Kuwait City, October 27, 2025: Weather forecaster and environmental expert Issa Ramadan announced that no rainfall is expected in Kuwait until around November 10 to 15, adding that this year’s rainfall is likely to remain below average.
Responding to public inquiries on the X platform, Ramadan stated:
“No rain is expected until approximately November 10. The weather will remain sunny and hot during the day, and moderate in the morning and late at night, with temperatures gradually decreasing.”
He expressed hope for some cloud activity and chances of rain by mid-November, though the overall rainfall will be limited compared to previous years.
In a separate post, Ramadan explained that the current “Safri” period, which extends from late September through October until the onset of the rainy season, is commonly associated with an increase in allergies, colds, and influenza cases.
He noted that diseases, especially influenza, tend to rise when rainfall is scarce and delayed, as is currently the case, attributing this to thermal reflections close to the Earth’s surface that impact atmospheric stability
