The Public Authority for Industry has issued seven decisions, published in the Official Gazette “Kuwait Today,” ordering the closure of seven industrial plots for multiple violations. These include the construction of unlicensed buildings and encroachments beyond approved plot boundaries.
The authority’s decisions grant the concerned parties a one-month grace period to remove all specified violations. It also warned that failure to comply within the given time frame will result in the imposition of stricter penalties in accordance with applicable regulations.
