The Kuwait Fire Department conducted an extensive inspection campaign in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, resulting in administrative closures, notices, and warnings to 146 commercial establishments that violated regulations and failed to meet safety requirements.
In a press statement issued Wednesday, the department explained that the campaign was carried out under the directives of the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahd Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, and under the direct supervision of the Acting Chief of the General Fire Force, Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Qahtani.
Brigadier Al-Qahtani emphasized that the Kuwait Fire Department aims to intensify inspection efforts as part of its national duty to protect lives and property, ensuring the highest standards of community safety and security across the country.
