The Ministry of Interior Kuwait, through the Ahmadi Governorate Security Directorate, conducted an extensive security campaign across several areas in the governorate. The operation aims to enforce the rule of law and ensure the safety and security of the community.
During the campaign:
- 97 traffic violations were issued.
- 2 street vendors illegally residing in Kuwait were arrested.
- 8 resident street vendors and freelance workers were apprehended.
- 1 case of begging was addressed.
- Arrests were made for expired or absent residency (8 cases), preventing entry into the country (1 case), and 2 individuals without identification.
- 1 person in an abnormal state found with materials suspected to be narcotics was arrested.
- 3 illegal and unlicensed sites were removed in cooperation with Kuwait Municipality.
The Ministry of Interior Kuwait reaffirmed its commitment to ongoing field operations to apprehend violators, enhance security measures, and maintain public order across the country.
