Ministry of Health Kuwait digital services:The Ministry of Health has announced the launch of a new update to its “Smart Fingerprint” application, as part of its broader strategy to enhance digital services and improve human resources management within the health sector. The update aims to provide a smoother, faster, and more efficient experience for both employees and administrative staff.

According to sources quoted by Al-Anbaa, the latest version introduces an advanced attendance management system featuring a simple and highly intuitive interface. Employees can now record their entry and exit instantly by selecting their working hours and tapping the “Enter” or “Exit” button—eliminating the need to navigate through several pages.

The updated application also displays a visual summary of employee performance and past attendance records, allowing for quicker and more accurate monitoring of working hours. This enhancement supports greater transparency and stricter compliance with regulations.

Additionally, the new update includes a dedicated notifications section that gathers all alerts and official messages in one place, as well as an announcements tab to keep users informed of the latest updates, instructions, and circulars.

In terms of time management, sources confirmed that employees can now submit leave requests electronically and track them in real time. Requests will appear as “under review” until they are approved, after which they turn green—streamlining the process and ensuring standardization across all departments.Stay updated on Kuwait’s latest news and job openings by following our WhatsApp channel!https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaCkXo25q08jnKrRwo27
