Kuwait Interior Ministry:The Ministry of Interior announced that several vehicles involved in serious traffic violations have been impounded as part of ongoing efforts to protect lives and promote road discipline.
The General Directorate of Traffic, through the Security Control Department, seized vehicles whose drivers were found committing dangerous violations marked by reckless behavior, disregard for safety, and endangering other road users.
After completing all legal procedures, the authorities transferred the impounded vehicles to a metal recycling facility, reflecting the ministry’s strict stance against traffic offenses that threaten public safety or disrupt traffic security.
The Ministry stressed that these actions are part of an established system aimed at reducing dangerous driving behaviors that lead to human and material losses. It reaffirmed that the law will be strictly enforced against anyone who puts others at risk.
Traffic monitoring campaigns will continue around the clock across all areas to maintain a safe and orderly road environment. The Ministry also urged all drivers to act responsibly and follow the instructions of traffic officers to ensure their own safety and the safety of the community.
