Kuwait oil production October 2025-The OPEC+ alliance has announced that its member countries will increase oil production by 137,000 barrels per day starting in October, as part of the voluntary production adjustments totaling 1.65 million barrels per day that were first introduced in April 2023.
As part of this decision, Kuwait’s share of the output rise will amount to 11,000 barrels per day, bringing its total production in October to 2.559 million barrels per day.
The decision followed a meeting of OPEC+ members—including Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, the UAE, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman—to review the latest developments in global oil markets and assess future prospects.
OPEC+ members reaffirmed their commitment to closely monitoring and evaluating market conditions to maintain balance and stability. They also stressed the need for a cautious and flexible approach, confirming their readiness to pause or reverse voluntary adjustments if required. This includes the 2.2 million barrels per day of voluntary cuts that were announced in November 2023.
