The Meteorology Department has warned that strong dust-raising winds are expected to affect the country tomorrow, Wednesday.
Kuwait weather-Director of the department, Dharar Al-Ali, told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Tuesday that active northwesterly winds, exceeding 50 km/h, will stir up dust and significantly reduce horizontal visibility, particularly in open areas.
He added that weather maps and numerical models indicate the country will be influenced by an advancing high-pressure system from the northwest. Temperatures are forecast to range between 25–28°C at night and 37–39°C during the day.
