Kuwait City:Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan confirmed that the Ministry is giving top priority to advancing Kuwait’s infrastructure through high-quality and timely road maintenance projects.
During her field visit today, Dr. Al-Mashaan inspected the ongoing radical maintenance works on the Fourth Ring Road, opposite the Shuwaikh area. The project currently involves laying a Type 1 asphalt layer as part of the Ministry’s new maintenance contracts aimed at improving road durability and user safety.
The Minister emphasized that supervisory and technical teams from the Ministry of Public Works are continuously monitoring progress on-site to ensure that all work is executed according to the highest standards of quality, safety, and approved technical specifications.
Dr. Al-Mashaan reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to accelerating project completion and enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of Kuwait’s road network, in line with the country’s development vision.
