kuwait – In a firm move to safeguard public health and uphold consumer protection laws, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has shut down three beauty salons in Jahra Governorate after discovering expired hair dyes and cosmetic products during a surprise inspection.

He urged all commercial establishments to strictly adhere to their licensed activities and comply with all regulations, warning that the inspection teams will continue their field campaigns and take swift action against any infractions that pose a risk to consumer safety or disrupt the commercial environment.

The Ministry reiterated its commitment to intensifying market surveillance and maintaining strict control over the quality and safety of products offered to the public, particularly in sectors related to health and personal care.
