Ministry of Interior Arrests 301 Suspects, Deports 249 in Major Security Crackdown in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh

The Ministry of Interior, in coordination with various government agencies, carried out extensive security campaigns in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, resulting in the arrest of 301 suspects and 52 individuals wanted in connection with ongoing investigations. Authorities reported 191 various seizures during the campaign. The Kuwait Municipality issued 495 violations, the Environment Public Authority recorded 78 violations, and the Kuwait Fire Force ordered the closure of 238 establishments due to non-compliance with safety regulations.

As part of the joint efforts, the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy cut 121 unauthorized electrical connections and disconnected power to 130 residential units due to violations.

The Public Authority for Manpower initiated 152 investigations related to residency violations, while the Ministry of Public Works addressed 30 incidents of water overflow in the area.

The Ministry of Interior emphasized that these campaigns are ongoing and are part of a broader strategy to curb illegal activities, enforce regulations, and strengthen public safety and order throughout the country.
