The Ministry of Islamic Affairs announced preparations for rain prayer Kuwait (Istisqa’) to be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 10:30 AM across 125 mosques in different governorates of the country.
Dr. Eng. Suleiman Saleh Al-Suwailem, Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry, stated that the rain prayer Kuwait event follows the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) when rain is delayed, to revive this blessed tradition.
He added that all mosques are fully equipped to host worshippers in a spiritual atmosphere, encouraging citizens and residents to participate and seek God’s mercy and blessings. The Ministry hopes this prayer will bring beneficial rain and divine blessings to Kuwait and its people.
