The Meteorological Department has forecasted that the country will be affected on Monday by a hot air mass, pushing temperatures up to 38°C. This will be accompanied by active to strong southwesterly winds, exceeding 60 km/h, potentially reaching storm levels by the afternoon.
Acting Director Dharar Al-Ali stated that a cold front will pass through in the afternoon, causing a shift in winds to northwesterly. This will lead to a significant drop in visibility—less than 1,000 meters, and in some areas, visibility may vanish completely by evening.
Sea conditions are also expected to be rough, with wave heights exceeding six feet. Al-Ali noted that dust is expected to gradually settle by Tuesday morning, bringing improved weather and cooler temperatures, with highs around 31°C and lows near 20°C.Stay updated on Kuwait’s latest news and job openings by following our WhatsApp channel! https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaCkXo25q08jnKrRwo27
