The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), in coordination with the Health Licensing Department, carried out a surprise inspection targeting a women’s salon suspected of operating without the required licenses. The raid followed reports that the facility was offering medical and cosmetic services illegally.
During the operation, officials seized medical devices, injection tools, skincare equipment, and other supplies used for cosmetic and paramedical procedures. It was also discovered that unqualified workers were performing treatments without proper medical supervision.
Authorities immediately took legal action, closed the facility’s file, and confiscated all tools and materials pending further investigation.
PAM emphasized that this campaign is part of ongoing efforts by the Joint Tripartite Committee to regulate the labor market and prevent unlicensed establishments from conducting medical or paramedical activities. The authority urged citizens and residents to ensure that beauty centers and medical clinics are properly licensed before receiving any services, warning that violators will face strict legal consequences.Stay updated on Kuwait’s latest news and job openings by following our WhatsApp channel!https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaCkXo25q08jnKrRwo27
